We make authentic, intelligent and intimate audio-visual narratives for our clients and their audiences.
TESTIMONIALS
During the filmmaking process, Elena became our soulmate, as we captured on film the story of the first Holocaust Memorial in the United States built on private land.
Elena brought intelligence, commitment, creativity, an exacting and aesthetic eye, and her steady professionalism to a keen understanding of us, our audiences for this film, and our aspirations for its impact.
Most compelling was Elena's sensitivity: to eliciting the delicate memories of people now in their nineties, to respecting the dignity of their emotions, and to capturing through her film making expertise the stories of lives interrupted, lives renewed and the energy of these everyday people who created the first of its kind Memorial in the country.

GREATER NEW HAVEN HOLOCAUST
MEMORY, INC.
Losing my father when he was far too young made me realize how important it is to preserve memories while age and health still allow. For my mother’s 80th birthday, I decided to give a gift to myself and also to her by having a documentary film made about her life. Elena was able to create a work of art with universal appeal about a woman who fled Nazi Germany as a child and with her family created a new life in America. She approached the film with tremendous love and sensitivity, as if she were creating a memoir of her own mother. Through extensive research, she was able to add important missing details: for example, she found pictures of the street where my mother grew up in Frankfurt Germany, as well as pictures of her childhood rabbi in Kansas City. The finished product is extremely meaningful not just to our family, but to all who watch the film. Elena’s talent is huge, but most impressive is her commitment to her clients and to her craft to find the deepest meaning and beauty in all she portrays.

We asked Elena to create a film that shared our Gala Honoree’s history and showcased the mission of our school. Elena’s thoughtful weaving of these two goals into a film that celebrated Jewish history, the power of stories and the obligation to continue to remember was seamless.
She has the skills of a superb film producer - an astounding capacity to listen, a meticulous attention to detail and an intuitive sense of what works visually. The result was a film that was powerful and inspiring.
